Payments
We currently accept payments exclusively through PayPal. Please ensure your PayPal account is active and verified before placing an order. No other payment methods are accepted at this time.

No Refunds or Exchanges
All sales are final. Once a transaction is completed, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

Inspection of Items
All items sold by Oró Arcia are thoroughly inspected and photographed before shipping to ensure they are in excellent condition. If you encounter any issues upon receiving your order, please contact us immediately. We will refer to our documentation to assist with any concerns.

Genuine Gold
Every item we offer is made of authentic 10K or 14K gold. We do not sell or distribute any imitation or plated gold. By purchasing from Oró Arcia, you are guaranteed real gold jewelry.

Payment Confirmation
Once your PayPal payment is received and verified, you will receive an official order confirmation from Oró Arcia. This process may take up to 48 hours to complete. Orders are processed only after payment is fully verified.

Non-Receipt of Items
Oró Arcia is not responsible for items that are not received due to errors in shipping addresses, carrier issues, or stolen packages. Once your order is shipped, tracking information will be provided. It is the buyer’s responsibility to monitor tracking and ensure safe receipt of the package.

Order Confirmation
If you do not receive an order confirmation email within 48 hours after payment, please contact us via email or Instagram. It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide accurate contact and shipping information during checkout.

Liability
Oró Arcia is not liable for issues arising after the completion of a transaction, including third-party payment disputes or delivery complications. Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased item(s).

Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to cancel any order that appears suspicious or fraudulent. In such cases, no refunds or exchanges will be given. Fraudulent activity may also be reported to relevant authorities.

Shipping and Delivery
We ship exclusively within the United States. Orders are sent to the exact shipping address provided by the buyer—please double-check your information before checkout. Once a package is marked “delivered” by the carrier, the transaction is considered complete.

Taxes and Duties
Buyers are responsible for any applicable sales tax or fees associated with their order. Oró Arcia does not cover these charges.

Intellectual Property
