Oro Arcia processes and ships orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. All orders are carefully inspected, packaged, and prepared to ensure safe delivery.

Processing time is typically 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page. Once an order has shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email.

We ship within the United States using insured shipping services. Delivery times vary based on location and carrier, but most orders arrive within 2–7 business days after shipment.

Signature confirmation may be required for higher-value orders. Oro Arcia is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
